DUTIES:

MAJOR DUTIES:
Provides pharmaceutical outpatient clinics by assessments, diagnosis, prognosis and establishment and monitoring of a comprehensive pharmaceutical treatment plan for each individual patient.
Provides expert pharmaceutical services, with an emphasis and focus on patient/therapeu! tic drug monitoring.
Selects compounds, dispenses and preserves a wide range of new and complex drugs, medicines and other therapeutic agents.
Evaluates medication regimens for appropriateness, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, noncompliant and adverse drug effects.
Counsels patient on the use, storage, cautions and side effects of all medications.
Provides formal and informal education and in-services to medical staff, pharmacy, nursing staff as requested.
