ABOUT THE AREA: Located about an hour from Helena and Missoula and about 30 min from Butte, MT. Population is about 3500 with! a service area of about 7000. ABOUT THE HOSPITAL: Brand new 16 bed Critical Access Hospital built in 2011. We offer inpatient and outpatient care, 24-hour emergency care, physical therapy, general surgery, chiropractic care and a broad array of specialty services supported both through the hospital and clinic. ABOUT THE POSITION: +++Must have experience in rural medicine ER+++ Looking for a provider to Work in the Outpatient family clinic 4 days / wk. Call is 1:4 and you will cover the ER and Inpatient duties during call. The ER sees about 150 - 200 visits / month. In clinic you will see about 12 - 16 patients / day. There are currently 2 Physicians and a few locum providers. Fully staffed is usually 3 physicians and 1 midlevel provider. There are usually 3 providers in the clinic at a time. PACKAGE: Excellent base + production bonus Total compensation year 1 would be around $120 - $130. Bonuses are meant to be earned. Relocation as well as full Health, CME and Retirement ! Hospital is also federally qualified with a score of around 17!
