We are seeking Compassionate, detail-oriented individuals for our Day Shift (6a-2:30p), to create an atmosphere of warmth and positive interest for each resident during shift. Our CNA’s observe and report symptoms and con! ditions, assist in the administering of medications & record reactions, maintain records reflecting the residents' conditions, routinely turn and position residents, and assist residents in all activities of daily living. Execute duties and responsibilities in conformance with the established routine.
Primary Responsibilities:Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Professional nursing staff by performing duties in the caring of residents at the facility.
Making beds & feeding residents.
Executing resident assessment and care plans & provide for the safety, comfort and well-being of the resident.
The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.
