LPN: Under supervision of a professional nurse, render nursing care to residents; observe and report symptoms and conditions, assist in the administering of medications and record reactions and perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
RN: Under general supervision, you will be providing direct care and medical treatment to residents including medication administration and assistance with activities of daily living. Our staff provides effective, timely, and quality health care assistance and related support for ! our nursing facility residents.
Primary Responsibi! lities:General Responsibilities include:
Assisting facility residents with various daily living activities.
Making rounds to observe and evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents.
Preparing and administering medications, and giving treatments.
Charting as required.
Consult with physicians and communicating effectively with director of nursing and staff.
Job responsibility duties may vary with the day to day resident needs.
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license.
LPN: Completion of approved IV therapy course is preferred.
Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply. AA/EEO employer.
We conduct drug and alcohol testing as allowed by applicable state law.
