Position Title: Front Office Specialist
Location: Cambria, CA
Duration: Full/Part Time

CORE Care is a high-volume Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office that also offers Functional Fitness Training. We strive to help our patients become a better version of them self, and we will do what we can to help them achieve their goals.
Position Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant your role would include checking in/out patients. Tracking, collecting, and entering patient payments; balancing the cashbox/day sheet daily, scheduling patients, answering phones, and providing the highest level of customer service to our patients and staff. The individual in this position will report directly to the Owner of CORE Care for several specific tasks as outlined below.
We are looking for someone who thinks quickly on their feet while juggling phones, computers, and patients. If you are experienced in an office setting, tech savvy, and outgoing, we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer services to our patients
- Accept and post payments for patient visits
- Schedules appointments for all visit types
- Data entry of confidential information in multiples programs
- Runs patient insurance plans and charges appropriately
- Files and maintains patient records
- Follows HIPAA Guidelines
- Answer Phones and assist with all patient inquiries
- Maintains cleanliness of the office
Requirements:
- Graduation from High School
- Prior medical office experience: 2 years
o billing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
- Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel spreadsheets and the ability to learn new computer programs efficiently
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but is not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.20 - $20.71 per hour

- Cambria, CA 93428: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
