House Supervisor

Further informations about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Seeking two House Supervisors for night-shift hospital operations. Assess patients and plans care for shift needs in all departments with assistance from nursing staff, charge nurses and depar! tment managers. Supervision of all nursing personnel in the performance of consistently high quality patient care. The staff member must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient†s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient†s requirement relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care as needed. Reports to the Chief Nursing Officer. Rotating schedule and based on the needs of the hospital, may include week-ends, evenings or night hours, holidays as well as being on call. B.S.N from an accredited school of nursing with five or more years in nursing required.
Current state Registered Nurse Licensure within Montana. Current BLS! , ACLS, & NRP and PEARS/PALS certifications required. Must hav! e or obtain TNCC and ENPC within 6 months of hire.
