Receptionist – Front Office

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist with a pleasing personality and customer service attitude to manage our front office. If you are someone who loves interacting with people, putting them at ease and helping them solve their problems, you could be the one.

Responsibilities

· Welcome visitors in a with a positive, helpful attitude and directing them appropriately.

· Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.

· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.

· Attendance tracking of all employees.

· Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including fax machine, printers etc.

· Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received. Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook.

· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.

· Preparing meeting and training rooms.

· Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.

· Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

Education, Experience & Skills

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

· Minimum 4-5 years of Receptionist experience in an office environment (Construction industry preferred).

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.

· Smart appearance and approachable behavior.

· Strong telephone skills.

· Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure.

Punctual with strong attendance history.

Job Type: Full-time
